DR NIGEL'S DOWNTEMPO DUBS was written between 2004 and 2006, and released (printed and distributed) during the summer of 2006. The album reflects a more soulful edge, and embraces elements of trip-hop, illbient and deep bass.

'Improvisation #3' uses samples from an improvised piano session recorded at Emerson College in 2005.
